Day One
We have had a fantastic first day here at Plas! We stopped off on our journey for a short break and then made our final part of the journey to Plas. On the coach, we saw some amazing views and loved looking at the brilliant scenery. When we arrived, we had our lunch and spent some time unpacking and preparing our dorm rooms ready for tonight.
We then got to explore the grounds of Plas and got kitted out by our staff for the week. The weather today was lovely! We got to spend some time relaxing and taking in the lovely grounds by lying on the grass and listening to the sounds of nature around us. One of our favourite bits of the day was paddling through the shallow stream that's on site.
For dinner, we had fish, chips and peas or pizzas, chips and peas. To complete our meal we enjoyed peaches or artic roll. Tonight, we all came together to go on a walk around the area, where we travelled upwards following a stream and returned back to Plas to get ready for bed.
Tomorrow, we will be getting up at around 7:30 to start our jobs for the day and to enjoy breakfast together before setting out on our daily activities!
